Jennifer has lived in beautiful New Hampshire for over 30 years. She was raised in Windham and spent much of her childhood boating on Lake Winnipesaukee and skiing in the White Mountains. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree, from Framingham State University, she lived in Massachusetts for 8 years; enjoying the beaches of Cape Cod and the suburbs of Boston. However, being an avid fresh water fisher she missed the lakes and countryside of her home state. So she moved north and planted roots in southern, NH.
Her experience working for TJX Companies and Empire Education Group have given her the confidence and problem solving skills necessary to successfully work in real estate. Jennifer currently resides in Derry, NH with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys, reading, fishing, cooking and is an avid New England Patriots fan.
Fresh out of college, with a B.A. in English, Jennie found a passion for working with people through a position at Brooks Brothers. After a time in the industry she was looking for a change, while maintaining a career focused on building relationships. Her husband and father are involved in home building, and she has always been fascinated with it, making real estate a natural fit. Jennie truly enjoys working with clients to help them find their perfect piece of New Hampshire.

Jennie lives in the beautiful Monadnock Region of New Hampshire with her husband, three large dogs, and two horses. She enjoys horseback riding, reading, running, and of course, working with her clients"
A life long resident of New Hampshire, Catherine’s career includes extensive experience and knowledge of the Lakes Region, Seacoast and the Greater Manchester area. Growing up in the Lakes Region and working in Manchester after graduation and now living on the Seacoast gives Catherine practical first hand knowledge of three distinct regions and surrounding communities. From the Ocean to the Lakes to the White Mountains!
Licensed in 1976 she began her career in new construction Bedford selling new homes in Hillsborough. She became a Broker in 1980 and opened her own company Mars Properties, Inc in Belknap County. During the down turn in real estate she worked for municipal government as a clerk in the Alton Planning Department giving her the understanding of the ins and outs of land issues when buying and selling your home.
Moving to the Seacoast in 1996 she worked for Coldwell Banker and later gained experience while working for a local title company receiving a hands-on education in title research, loan processing, mortgages and the closing process itself, makes her a uniquely qualified agent.

Link Moser started in real estate in 1996 when his next door neighbor recruited him to join their new real estate company. His background before entering real estate was in marketing and website development. Link designed that office’s new company website, one of the first in the area. Since then, Link has continued to utilize his marketing talents, both in online advertising as well as in traditional print media, to offer his real estate clients the most extensive, successful marketing programs. Link has built his business and reputation on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
